1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SEO Rocks ("the Service"), operated at studio.seorocks.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEO Rocks is a web-based SEO analytics platform that connects to your Google Search Console account to provide performance dashboards, search analytics, indexing reports, and optimization insights. The Service caches and processes your Google Search Console data to provide faster access and additional analysis capabilities.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

4. Google Account Connection

• To use the Service, you must connect at least one Google Search Console account via OAuth 2.0
• You must have legitimate access to the Google Search Console properties you connect
• We access your data in read-only mode and do not modify your Search Console settings
• You can disconnect your Google account at any time through our Settings page or through Google Account Permissions

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service to scrape, crawl, or harvest data beyond your authorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SEOrocks.app LLC. Your search data remains your property. We claim no ownership over data imported from your Google Search Console.

7. Team Features

• Team administrators are responsible for managing team members and their access levels
• When you share a site with a team, all team members can view the analytics data for that site
• You are responsible for ensuring team members have appropriate access to the data you share

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Data and Backups

We perform daily backups of all data. However, we recommend that you maintain your own records of important data. We are not liable for data loss beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOrocks.app LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Pricing and Payments

The Service currently offers free access during the early access period. Future pricing plans will be announced in advance. You will not be charged without explicit consent.

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where SEOrocks.app LLC is registered.
